OEM Scans performed with a CCC diagnostics integration partner can be automatically validated once a connection to CCC ONE is established, meaning that no further documentation could be needed from your shop.

How to Connect to CCC ONE

Once you begin using one of these partners, connecting their service to CCC ONE is a simple three-step process:

Log into cccone.com and go to "Settings"

Choose the "Diagnostics Providers" tile

Select your provider(s), review the agreements(s), and click OK
